Mae’s Handcrafted Natural Soaps are made in small batches to ensure the highest quality.  Tallow is used for the hardness & gentleness it imparts to the bar, making your bars long-lasting and gentle to your skin.  I include olive oil for additional gentleness and a touch of coconut oil for fluffy lather.  Mae’s soap proprietary formula produces a soap which is very gentle, not drying and  has  great long-lasting lather!  Mae’s soap does not become mushy as do all-vegetable-oil-based soaps.  Using a scrubby in the shower produces an ultra rich lather.   Only high quality soap scents or essential oils are used, and even then they are added with a light hand.  My aim is for a scent you can enjoy in the shower but which will not become obtrusive during the day.  All my coloring agents are of a natural origin.

This soap has been thoroughly tested on my family and friends!

SHIPPING:  POSTAL RATE INCREASE!!

*USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail envelope (the cardboard one) – $5.60 ALL ZONES (up to 4 pounds)!!  I can fit anywhere from 4 – 8 4 oz  bars of soap  in one of these envelopes.  Each order is packaged in plastic to protect it from potential moisture so it should still arrive at your doorstep in good shape.   The envelope is reinforced with tape for extra security.  Orders of 1 – 8  bars of soap will automatically be shipped this way unless you specify that you want to pay more to have it shipped in a box.

*USPS Medium Flat Rate Priority Box – $12.35 ALL ZONES!  This is a great value if you are ordering more than 8 bars of soap.  Whatever I can fit into one of these ships for the same low price.  These boxes will easily hold 24 bars and possibly up to 36 (but will be a very tight squeeze) & depends on how many shaped soaps you order.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

* PayPal – a great way to pay without your having to give me any personal payment information & you do not have to have a PayPal account!!  This is the fastest method.  Just send me an email with the soap scents you would like.  I will then send you an invoice for you to pay though PayPal.  It’s that easy!!  Minimum order of 4 bars if using this option due to extra fees I am charged.

* Personal check – The USPS has announced that ALL first class mail will take 4 – 6 days to arrive at its destination.  Please keep this in mind if you are mailing a payment for your order.

* Cash – for local purchases only!  There is also no shipping, but there is sales tax with all purchases within the state of Washington.  The rate I must charge is 8.8%… highway robbery I know, but it is what it is.

Arabian Spice:  Filled with the aromatic scents of a romantic time past, Arabian Spice is a blend of Myrrh and Orange, with middle notes of Ginger, Cinnamon and Cloves.  It is then rounded out with Caraway Seed and Vanilla to give it a warm, tranquil feeling.  A perfect balance of spice, warmth and sweetness!!

Chocolate Covered Cherries:  An Aunt Mae’s exclusive scent.  This is a dark, rich chocolate with a hint of fresh ripe cherries to make a soap that smells just like … Chocolate Covered Cherries! Smells so real you may be tempted to take a bite… but use in the shower instead for a calorie-free indulgence!

Cranberry Fig: An excellent compromise between the tart bite of Cranberries and the sweet, mild allure of Fig.  This fragrance will become one that you will want to return to again and again.  Cranberries and Figs are made even more striking by adding a smattering of Blood Orange and Pink Grapefruit notes to the mix.

Holly Berry:  This fragrance is a combination of holly (that fabulous green garland-making holiday shrub), pine and the tart red berries that grow on the holly shrub. It also has some supporting notes of cardamon and cinnamon to give it a bit of a twist.
