Please watch for your Invitation in the mail. If you did not provide your address with your membership application/renewal please ask Carmen for your invitation that is held behind the bar. If any questions please contact Kathy Lesser, Membership Director.
RSVPs were due by Wednesday, October 8th.
Cocktails will begin at 5:30 p.m. and Dinner and Awards Ceremony at 7:00 p.m. Entertainment will be provided by Chicago's renowned Gerald McClendon Band. The Gerald McClendon Band is considered one of the best R&B dance bands in the Chicago area specializing in R&B, Oldies & Mo-Town.
October 19th, Sunday – Bears Game 12:00pm
Come out and cheer on the Bears as they take on the Miami Dolphins. Ship store will be open!
October 25th, Saturday – Halloween Party
Start preparing your costumes for our annual Halloween party and costume contest. This party is always one of the most talked about parties and you surely won’t want to miss it. It always proves to be a goolishly good time. There will be a DJ spinning tunes for this freaky and fun night. More details will follow in the coming weeks. over 50 mature ladies collections for a cocktail party
Now – December 14th, Sunday – Sarah’s Circle Donation Box
We will again collect “Wish List” items for Sarah’s Circle, a women’s shelter and drop-in center located at 4838 N. Sheridan Road, Chicago. A collection box will be placed near the DYC wall mural and the Wish List will be posted above it as well as in this weekly update.
