Advised to let doctor know

Any moms ever get a nosebleed during pregnancy? I woke up this morning and went to blow my nose because I figured it was just stuffy due to weather being inconsistent... moments later, blood began dripping from my nostril. Is it something I should be concerned about or just take it as a normal nosebleed that I'd get prior to pregnancy? Help please. TYIA long sleeve wears in white
