This past week I've been only eating 1 cooked meal per day. The rest of the day I'm eating easily digestible foods that are raw and plenty water. We eat too much as a whole and need to give our digestive systems a break sometimes. We are very tired after eating because our bodies are using up all the energy to digest our heavy meals. That's why fasting is very important. Today for lunch is a ginger lemon broth and salad. I was so tempted to get pasta but I held my ground. I have such high energy today !!
