Start with a 5 mins Warm-up.

30 secs Low Intensity, 30 secs Jumping Jacks x 5.
Make sure you set your workout timer (can easily be downloaded as an App on your laptop or phone) to rounds of 30 secs, keep a water bottle by your side, put your favorite playlist on and lets get beast with it! ice blue colored items to wear for the maid of the bride
After your work out routine is complete, you can do a short cool down routine to Reel yourself back from Marvels world to ours. Or you can stay there. I usually do for a while
